Force Shutdown a Network Computer

my boss wants me to create a code where in i need to force shutdown the network computers regardless if there is a work in progress of the network computers.

how is this done? i have searched the forum but old topics confuses me by the way we are running Windows XP thanks.

but its not working, there are no error messages it just dont do anything,

i have change "mypc" to the computer name of the computer i want to shutdown
