Anyone know of a simple Freeware POP3 Server??
I have a friend that has a small business, only 5 PC Users, none of whom are very good with computers. They have a single Mailbox with an ISP and all Mail goes into that box regardless of what is before the "@". They all use Outlook Express, which means that whoever connects first in the morning gets all the mail on their PC. I have suggested using proper Outlook so that they can only download headers then select their own mail and download only that, leaving a copy plus all other mail on the ISP's server for the other Users, but it's proving to be a bit complicated for them to grasp!!
So what I'm looking for is a very simple POP3 Server that can connect to the ISP Mailbox, collect all mail, then sort into local Mailboxes for the Users to then connect to with Outlook Express. SMTP Server is not necessary as they can send straight out to the ISP SMTP Server, but if the program has it included then no problem as I just push everything onwards to the ISP.
I've look at most freeware sites, but so far cannot find anything that fits the bill - anyone any ideas ??
