hi dears;



I tried to make an ocx and use it in other programs but when I try to put it's icon to form of my application, I encounter with a runtime error that "Can not create Object".

In making ocx, I tried to use a referrence to ("Active movie" quartz.dll) because  i want to play and control speed and voloum of a mp3 or wav file.

How should I decribe the referrence to an object (like Active movie)that can be used in
making ocx

If you use VB5, go to the Microsoft VB5 Download Page and download "Vbc.exe Fixes Visual Basic 5.0 Control Installation Problem".

Before the update, when I use the Common Dialog Control and the Tabbed Dialog Control, I got the error "License not found".
