I was wanting to change the color of my taskbar to a different color like a black or darker blue or something like that.

I started to use reshacker to do it from some directions I found on the net but didnt fully under stand what it wanted me to do so I stopped. I was hoping someone else can explain to me how to do it. I would like to also change the blue box around windows to black or the same color.

Is this in the wrong part of the forum?
