Emailing aform

Im new to Vb Express.

I have a form which i want my readers to be able to email to anone they wish.

So basicly a textbox in which they enter the email address
send button or whatever. When completed to FORM is emaileed to the address entered.

I re emphasise that im NEW to VB so In ENGLISH please
