for long time now i have been thinking, how to add  product key in my combilation, or how to include the interface to capture initial information for configuration during the deployment/installation of an application. is any one have an idea.

you can try looking at MD5 encryptions... it's a rough way to start.. but you'll see how encryptions are done, and you can use it as a way to try and develop your own kind of product key.

the usual trick is to make the key difficult to decode, and by that, i mean hard to replicate...
