Classic problem: print sales invoice on continuous form using VB 2005 and LX 300

I know my question has been asked million times in hundreds of VB forum, but I still can't find the solution in VB 2005 code, all I can found is solution in VB6

Just to remind all of you, how can I print sales invoice to LX300 and continuous paper in VB 2005.

Your help is greatly appreciated
