Hi
I'm confused, are you using SQL Server, DBase or Access?

I googled for "open database using VB6 and ADO" and got the following link (surprisingly for MSDN, it's succinct and clear)
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa141406(office.10).aspx

What more information did you need?

Hey Miquel,
Here's an introduction,
http://www.dreamincode.net/forums/showtopic24677.htm, but bear in mind you'll need to install SQL server to run it.

(The power of google)

PS
If you have a specific question, please direct it to the forum, we're happy to help, but I suggest that you attempt to google first.
