I am killing myself writing something that will go into a database and pull out a whole bunch of fields.  I have manually named the labels and then populated a text field with the changing variables.. it all works great...  

HOWEVER

that little WATCH tool that VB offers is EXACTLY what I want.. is there anyway to simply DUMP the contents of the watch?  Whatever the WATCH fills with when the oject I am watching becomes active is exactly what I need.. does this exist? Is there an easy way to access the watch? Can I print it out in a text file with "label" and "value"?
Any and all help is appreciated...

Can you give the exact name of the tool you are talking about, as well as what versino of VB? As far as I am aware, the Rolex edition of VB was removed in 1996 .
There's an icon that looks like a clock, which is a Timer control, and there's the FileSystemWatcher, but neither of those appear to do what you want.
