Help anyone,i have made my contactinfo program in vb6 and i want to make print command buton, that will print the data in my database i save and before delivering to the printer output, my program will use the layout in ms word as a guide? and to the printer.


database ---> printcommand ---> load all the info to be printed (get the ms word layout) -----Print output




somthing like that

Recommend mailmerge for this sort of thing rather than the builtin printing of vb.
Converting a word doc into a datareport is very complicated. Can you be more specific about the output you want and how much control the user will have?

how can  i use the excel as guide for my printing like

use the cell a10 for age in my excel but it wont save the data in my excel just using the excel as a layout for printing output

and how to use it in module thanks
