 icon Data Entry using dbgrid

I need help in datagrd. Its locked and cant add data... Ive set AllowAddNew, AllowDelete and AllowUpdate to true but still cant access datagrid. Right now i am at a total lost... I tried to also set ADO data control but dont know how... please i need to find a solution. tnx.
