can anyone here can suggest a good project using vb .net or a mobile application? this project will help me in order me to graduate in my school... please help me.. thanks

Well.... since you have to actually write it yourself -- you'd be better off just doing something you know you can do and something you're interested in.

Basically you can write a program to do anything from saying "hello world" to creating a navigation system for a spacecraft.  There's a big difference in the skill set -- and only you really know what you're capable of doing.
