Hi,

I have developed a Microsoft Access Database for a company I work for and have created a reporting facility through Crystal.
Basically the database holds details about projects that are currently being implemented.

I have created a report in Crystal Reports that will present the details of the project into a formatted view.
The problem that I am having is when I want to export the report from Crystal to Word / PDF format.  I can do this at the moment, but it puts all the projects into one export, wehereas I am desperately seeking a way of exporting them into seperate reports.  Each project has a Unique ID and the ideal solution would use this ID as a file name for the exported file.

Some projects may be one page, whereas others could be several, but they are all unique and need prodcing individually.  To get round this currently, I am using the Select Expert to select each unique ID and then exporting it, but with 60+ projects (and soon to be 300+) this is a long process and would be much quicker if it can be done automatically.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
