Visual Basic 5/6

When loading a program I cannot make any corrections as when I click on View, then Project Explorer, nothing happens.
How can I correct this.

Project Explorer (I assume you are talking about the Visual Basic IDE Project Explorer) works on a VBP file. Are you opening a VBP file?
Can you supply more information? even a screenshot would help
