fill combo box from another excel file

Hello,

I would like to fill a combo box in an excel created userform. The data comes from another excel file.
I've attached an image of the user interface.

Interface is saved as tool.xls
"Dashboard type" gets data from data.xls sheet1 column A
"Nationality" gets data from data.xls sheet2 column A

With the " Add button" i would like to add the record next to the workbook. Is that possible?
