I have 3 TextBoxes on the form, have bind to some fields and a Gridview which only shows table contents.

when a user typed something in textBox , it will be inserted to the DB but if selected a row from Grid, and then typed something in textbox, the row will be updated.

now i want to know how i can get the state? i mean how can i know if TextBox content has modified or added ?
