When using a UserControl to Create an ActiveX Control, I want to Skin a Bitmap onto the UserControl using MaskPicture and MaskColor.  It all works properly except that the Skinned Image always displayes at the Left side of the UserControl.

I require that it display 300 pixels from the left edge of the UserControl.

Can anyone tell me how to set the position of the MaskPicture?
