icon HELP!!! Video in a VB Program??

I have a TV Tuner and webcam and I am wondering if I can dump video that goes from the webcam or tuner directly into my program. Is there a way to do this in VB6?    Please help!

icon TWAIN???

I think that, to make this, either necessary a ActiveX Control for TWAIN. I know of one, but he serves to keep for a filing-cabinet a captured frame. By chance I also liked to have this in my application, to receive images from the Scanner and the Webcam, without having to record the image in the record.
