You can always click "browse" to select an OCX manually.
Search your computer for MSWINSCK.ocx, if it doesn't exist, and you have (VB6 or Visual Studio 6) (professional or enterprise), then I'd say to either:
1) re-install VB
2) search microsoft (or the internet) just to download the control
3) if you don't have the latest service pack, install it and see if it appears then
It should be there, I'm not sure about the learning editions though... I'd think it would be, but not sure.
