This project shows how to Implement custom authentication on a windows forms project using sql server 2000/2005. The passwaords are stored as hashes (using the SHA1 hashing algorithm). The passwords are salted. The project makes use of the IIdentity and the IPrincipal interfaces. Roles are enabled. This project also uses, MDI forms, Splash Screen, Menu Items, ADO .NET 2.0, and other concepts.</description>
